Mug Muffins

So… I’ve been meaning to try dis quick recipe i came across a while back..

i’ve shared it wid frnds..both who have the microwave n even those who don’t… bt never got around making it myself…

Finally yesterday I made it, so thought i’ll share it here..cuz it was one of my umpteenth attempt at trying a dessert and it came out decently well… one of the very few… (nw i think i shud have clicked a picture and saved it! )

Anyways… so u take the following:

3 tbsp all purpose flour

3 tbsp oil

3 tbsp powdered sugar

3 tbsp milk

Pinch of salt

1/4 tsp cooking soda

Add:

1/4 tsp chocolate essence

2 tsp chocolate chips

2 tbsp cocoa powder

Mix all of them well into a smooth batter… pour into microwave proof mugs n then microwave on high for about 2 mins… then let it set for about 10 mins and then gobble it up! Like we did…and never got the chance to take the picture! 😦
